Norwegian Dreams is an online art gallery selling exclusive art work primarily to the Norwegian market. We were retained to audit the site’s search engine indexing. Norway is a tricky geographic area as they have multiple dialects and the browsing habits are different to other parts of the world. Paid for links are much less effective and the emphasis, therefore has to be on organic SEO.

The SEO audit highlighted areas that required attention and a new sitemap was installed. One area highlighted was the requirement for the html lang tag to be changed to “en-nb” to target that language area of Norway.

We worked in tandem with the site owner to educate him on the what he should be adding to the  meta tags on the site.
